INSIGHTS: Members of Congress chase the HHS for Answers on Healthcare Sector Cyber Security Oversight

In a letter addressed to the US Department of Health and Human Services (‘HHS’) Secretary, Alex Azar, Congressional committee chairmen, and ranking members outlined how the HHS response to the implementation of the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (‘CISA’) has been lacking and inconsistent (‘the Letter’).
