Bill has worked at Mendes’ Professional Liability Department since joining the firm in 2001. He primarily represents London and Domestic insurers with respect to professional liability claims involving lawyers and employment practices liability claims pursued against large law firms and other institutions. In addition, Bill represents reinsurers with respect to reinsurance programs involving various types of professionals, including lawyers, directors and officers and accountants.
He currently serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
