Non-Equity Partner Patsy Castiglia joined Mendes & Mount, LLP in 2018 in the Complex Claims and Litigation department. Patsy’s practice focuses on asbestos, pollution and other health hazard matters.  He counsels and defends international and domestic insurers with respect to coverage issues arising from asbestos, pollution and health hazard liabilities, while also monitoring and managing a large docket of aviation-related exposure claims. 

Prior to entering private practice, Patsy clerked for the Hon. Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division. 

Patsy is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
