Michelle joined Mendes in 2003, after graduating from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and the University of Pennsylvania. Michelle’s practice focuses primarily on health care business. Her expertise extends to hospital, physician, allied health, and long-term care programs, both on a direct and reinsurance basis.
Additionally, Michelle has experience working on general liability, construction defects, transportation, and other non-healthcare business. Michelle manages various primary/excess liability programs, performs reviews of health care and other portfolios, and devotes a considerable amount of her time to coverage analysis and the drafting of policy language.
