For over 20 years Matt has represented London, European, and domestic based insurers in litigation and non-litigated coverage disputes throughout the United States. Matt’s extensive experience includes litigating a wide variety of cases including those involving third-party liabilities, first-party property claims, and products liability claims under various types of insurance policies.  

Matt works with his insurer clients to efficiently resolve these claims throughout all phases of litigation from initial discovery, trial, and appeal. Matt and his team’s representation of their insurer clients extend beyond the geographical boundaries of the State of New York and New Jersey to across the United States. Matt also represents his clients in a variety of other forums, including mediations, arbitrations, and court-ordered settlement meetings.

Most recently, Matt has represented his insurer clients in complex coverage claims involving PFAS/PFOA liabilities, Superfund Site pollution claims, talc ovarian cancer claims, COVID-19 claims, sexual abuse claims, and superstorm & hurricane property losses.
