Kevin Flynn

Profile

Since joining Mendes in 1989, Kevin has worked primarily on professional liability claims involving lawyers, accountants, directors and officers, consultants and miscellaneous professionals.  He also represents reinsurers in both the US and the UK with respect to reinsurance programs involving lawyers, employment practices, directors and officers and management consultant reinsurance programs. Kevin also represents non-US reinsurers with regard to their collateral requirements in the United States in connection with Reinsurance Letters of Credit.

Kevin has written several articles on various issues and trends affecting professional liability, and has spoken at conferences for the Defense Research Institute (“DRI”), the Intermediaries & Reinsurance Underwriters Association (“IRU”), the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (“PLUS”), as well as several broker-sponsored conferences on topics involving professional liability.

Kevin is a member of PLUS as well as the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Lawyers’ Professional Liability Consortium.
