John Oh is a litigation associate attorney handling complex insurance coverage disputes including environmental, asbestos, and property claims.
Prior to joining Mendes & Mount, he was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marybeth Rogers, J.S.C. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey from 2020 to 2022 where he assisted the Judge in all aspects of civil litigation. As a law clerk, he drafted final decisions for trials, managed all types of civil motions including dispositive motions, and successfully mediated over 100 cases to settlement.
During law school, he was extensively involved in many pro bono clinics and interned at the Legal Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
John is fluent in Korean.
