James is an Associate in the Litigation group at Mendes & Mount, LLP. Prior to joining Mendes, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases, including assaults, burglaries, robberies, and criminal possessions of weapons. He earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, James served as a staff member for the Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal. Before attending law school James graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo, earning his degree in English and Philosophy. 

James is currently admitted to practice in New York.
