Hannah Johnson joined the firm’s Professional Liability Department in 2025 after earning her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, she was a competitor and board member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and a member of the Business Law Society.
Her professional experience focused on transactional law, including corporate law, real estate law, intellectual property, and entertainment law. She interned with various organizations, gaining experience in contract drafting, intellectual property matters, and business law.
Hannah earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently pending admission to the New York State Bar.
