Since joining the firm in 2007, David has exclusively and zealously represented insurers, both in the London market as well as domestic.  David serves as coverage counsel and monitoring counsel for professional liability insurers, as well as for insurance programs for architects and engineers, contractors, technical consultants, and directors and officers.  David also advises clients in matters involving catastrophic injuries and claims for wrongful death, including those arising from motor carrier, professional and premises liability.

David’s practice also includes the representation of insurers in connection with Mortgage Protection and lender-placed insurance coverage for financial institutions, including property damage and liability claims.

For more than a decade, David’s clients have entrusted him with providing comprehensive coverage opinions, claims monitoring and general counsel on policy wording and underwriting. 

David began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Bryan D. Garruto, J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, which docket managed Mass Torts, Class Actions and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL).
