Profile

Daniel is a Law Clerk in the Professional Liability Department at Mendes & Mount. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2024. During law school, Daniel served as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and a Notes & Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal. Additionally, he was a competition member on the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) mediation team of Fordham’s Dispute Resolution Society. Prior to attending law school, Daniel graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with degrees in Biology and Economics. He is currently pending admission to the New York State Bar.
