Carly graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2023, where she was a Student Intern at the Brooklyn Law School Civil Rights and Disability Clinic and the President of the Health Law and Policy Association. Additionally, Carly received funding for her privacy-related research from the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Carly has legal internship experience in both litigation and insurance law and policy matters. Prior to law school, Carly spent three years in Washington D.C. working on various policy issues.
