Prior to joining Mendes & Mount, Frank was an associate at a boutique commercial litigation firm in New York’s Financial District where he had occasion to develop his litigation skills handling cases in the United States District Court’s Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, New York State Supreme Court’s Commercial Division, as well as the Appellate Division’s First and Second Departments.
Frank is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Frank’s practice focuses on aviation, marine and energy, representing assureds in defense of complex litigation involving personal injury, toxic torts, environmental pollution and property damage. Frank’s practice also extends into commercial and contractual disputes, including partnership/joint venture disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, and vendor-vendee disputes relating to technology services.
Prior to entering private practice, Frank clerked for the Hon. Arthur M. Schack of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County Civil Term.
Frank is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Frank is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
