Kevin is a member of the firm’s Aviation Department and has a long and distinguished record representing airlines and aviation product manufacturers.
Early in his career, Kevin defended over 100 wrongful death and personal injury actions brought against a foreign, state-owned airline arising out of the famous 1976 Entebbe hijacking. Appearing before the New York Court of Appeals (New York’s highest State Court), Kevin obtained a dismissal of all actions pursuant to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976.
